2.4 Capital Programme

The University’s capital programme is designed to support the centrality of the student experience.  The University has to fund its capital projects through the generation of cash by achieving a surplus each year or through borrowing; projects must therefore be prioritised to benefit as many students as possible.  The list below demonstrates how the programme has been implemented in recent years:

Bognor Regis Campus

  • Student Residential Accommodation (160 en suite rooms)
  • Refurbishment of the 19th Century Grade 2 Listed building, St Michael’s House
  • Refurbishment of the 18th Century Grade 1 Listed building, The Dome
