- The TicketSource telephone box office service operates between Monday and Friday from 9.00AM tol 7.00PM (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday from 9.00AM to 5.00PM.
- A call back service operates outside of these hours.

- Customers choosing to book their tickets using our telephone box office solution pay an additional £2 to have their tickets booked via one of our friendly telephone operators and dispatched to them directly from TicketSource.
